Receive a report, hold a discussion, conduct a public hearing, and make a recommendation on a text amendment to the City of Denison Code of Ordinances Chapter 28, being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, specifically amending Article IV “Use Regulations”, Section 28.49 “Use Regulation (Charts)” to amend the Use Chart Section for Amusement, Commercial with or without alcohol (Indoors); and Amusement, Commercial, with or without alcohol (Outdoor); Amending Article IV “Definitions”, Section 28.63.1 to amend the definitions and to require a Conditional Use Permit. (Case No. 2025-104ZO).
