Premier Rinks, in an amount not to exceed $134,750.00 and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
- Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on entering into a full service Chlorine Dioxide Contract with Evoqua Water Technologies LLC (Contract No. 2025-0089) effective May 15, 2025, through May 14, 2026, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
- Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on an agreement with Plummer Associates, Inc. (Contract No. 2025-0088) for Wastewater Master Plan Update, in the amount of $177,500 for basic services and $90,000 for additional services, for a total not to exceed amount of $267,500 and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
- Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on approving the negative Close Out Change Order for the 7th, Johnson, Murray, Hull and Bullock project and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
- Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on a resolution suspending the July 31, 2025, effective date of Oncor Electric Delivery Company's requested rate change to permit the City time to study the request and to establish reasonable rates; approving cooperation with the Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncor to hire legal and consulting services and to negotiate with the Company and direct any necessary litigation and appeals.
- Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on a Resolution granting approval for the Interim City Manager to enter into various loan documents with Lease One Magnolia, for the reimbursement unsecured financing of a Glock 45 MOS with a Trijicon RMR Optic Package and holsters for sixty police officers in the principal amount of $68,400.
