2. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on approving a custom turnkey restroom construction and installation agreement (Contract No. 2025-0095) at Munson Park with Restrooms Facility Limited Ltd, in an amount not to exceed $185,624.00 and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
