- Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on Amendment Number 2 with Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, LLP, for relocation of the new Grayson College Elevated Storage Tank Project in an amount not to exceed $98,880.00, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
