Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement (Contract No. 2026-0011) between the City of Denison and the Business and Industrial Corporation of Denison, Inc., d/b/a Denison Development Alliance, regarding the property located at 104 E. Main Street, Denison, Texas, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute all related documents.
2. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on a Purchase and Sale Agreement (Contract No. 2026-0010) between the City of Denison and the Business and Industrial Corporation of Denison, Inc., d/b/a Denison Development Alliance, for the property located at 104 E. Main Street, Denison, Texas, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute all related documents.
3. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on a Close Out Change Order resulting in a credit amount of $224,540.57 for Contract No. 2024-0061 with Piazza Construction for construction of the Denison Visitor’s Center, and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
