Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on the Second Amendment to the Second Renewal of the Right of Way Mowing and Maintenance Program Agreement (Contract No. 2024-0160-A2) in an amount not to exceed $106,132.00 between the City of Denison and Brightview Landscape Services, Inc., and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
2. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on approving a ground lease for the installation of five (5) scoreboards at THF Park, Contract (Contract No.2026-0045) with Youth Scoreboards, L.L.C. at no cost to the City of Denison and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute the same.
