3. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and take action on an agreement with Motorola Solutions for a 1-year trial of BRINC MSI Takeoff Drone as First Responder Program (#2026-0069) and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute all related documents subject to final legal review and approval.
