- Receive a report, hold a discussion, conduct a public hearing and take action on an Ordinance for a text amendment to the City of Denison’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 28, being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, specially amending Article III – Zoning Districts, Section 28.39. CA – Central Area District and Section 28.47. CH – Commercial Historic Overlay District, Article IV – Use Regulations, Section 28.49. – Use Regulation (Charts) and Article VI – Definitions, Section 28.63 – Definitions to comply with House Bill 2844 relating to Mobile Food Vendors.
