- 1 The Board/Commission meeting will be held by videoconference and in the Room Name, Location at City Hall. Individuals who wish to listen to the meeting, may participate by video by joining Cisco Webex Link or by calling the following phone number: (408) 418-9388, Access Code: ### ### #### for English. Members of the public wishing to speak must sign up with the Department Name by registering online at www or calling (214) ###-####, twelve (12) hours prior to the meeting date and time. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting virtually; however, City Hall is available for those wishing to attend the meeting in-person following all current pandemic-related public health protocols.
