Authorize the (1) application for and acceptance of a grant from the Texas Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division for Peace Officer Mental Health Program (Grant No. 5411202) in the amount of $80,992.36 to supporting the mental health and overall well-being of sworn officers through a comprehensive, trauma informed approach for the period October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027; (2) establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $80,992.36 in the Peace Officer Mental Health Program FY27 Fund; (3) receipt and deposit of grant funds in an amount not to exceed $80,992.36 in the State Peace Officer Mental Health Program FY27 Fund; and (4) execution of the grant agreement and all terms, conditions, and documents required by the agreement - Not to exceed $80,992.36 - Financing: Peace Officer Mental Health Program FY27 Fund
