Authorize the (1) acceptance of donations from the Communities Foundation of Texas on behalf of the contributors to the Dallas Police Department Law Enforcement Training Center Fund (“DPD LETC Fund”) in the amount of $17,500,000.00; (2) establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $17,500,000.00 in the DPD LETC Fund; (3) receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $17,500,000.00 in the DPD LETC Fund - Not to exceed $17,500,000.00 - Financing: Dallas Police Department Law Enforcement Training Center Fund
