Implementation of the recommended conditions would allow the proposed work to be consistent with preservation criteria Section 4(4.1) (b) and meets City Code Section 51A-4.501(g)(6)(C)(i) for contributing structures; and/or the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines for Rehabilitation. Task Force Recommendation Approve with conditions that the trim be a darker color, that the porch lights be flush with the porch ceiling, that the second door on the front is to remain, and the back door should be a solid core door.
