The proposed work, therefore, does not meet City Code Section 51A-4.501(g)(6)(C)(i) for contributing structures; and/or the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines for Rehabilitation (District/Neighborhood). Task Force Recommendation Task Force denied without prejudice with the comments that #117 siding be placed back on the home, windows need to be one over one aluminum windows with wood trim, rafter tails need to be exposed, the front door needs to be a craftsman style door, the second front door needs to be re-opened, and an appropriate replacement fence be submitted for review.
