That the request for installation of a front terrace constructed with brushed concrete in accordance with plans dated 6/9/2026 be conceptually approved as a restoration, consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. Task Force Recommendation 1. That the request for construction of a new rear covered porch in accordance with plans dated 6/9/2026 be approved. This addition to the main structure is compatible with the characteristics of the building and the placement behind the side porch is compatible. 2. That the request for replacing screens on the side porch with a front facing façade with glass in accordance with plans dated 6/9/2026 be approved. Replacement of screens with glass is not prohibited by the ordinance as porch is not a front porch or porte cochere. 3. That the request for installation of a front terrace constructed with brushed concrete in accordance with plans dated 6/9/2026 be approved. Front terrace and sidewalk in less than 25% of front yard.
