Authorize an amendment to Resolution No. 26-0504, previously approved on March 25, 2026, by (a) reducing the term of the Interlocal Agreement with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, approved as to form by the City Attorney, for reimbursement of program expenses associated with the Dallas County Highway Traffic Program from three years to the period from October 1, 2025 to August 28, 2026; and (b) reducing the appropriation from $4,374,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $1,100,000.00 - Not to exceed $1,100,000.00, from $4,374,000.00 to $1,100,000.00 - Financing: General Fund (subject to annual appropriations) *In alignment with Vision Zero Plan.
