Authorize the (1) acceptance of a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) for the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027 Interlibrary Loan Lending (ILL) Reimbursement Program (Grant No. 904509/Federal ID No. LS-260847-OLS-25, Assistance Listing No. 45.310) in the amount of $43,089.90 for library lends made between August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026; (2) establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $43,089.90 in the ILL 25-26 Reimbursement Grant Fund; and (3) receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $43,089.90 in the TSLAC ILL 25-26 Reimbursement Grant Fund - Not to exceed $43,089.90 - Financing: TSLAC ILL 25-26 Reimbursement Grant Fund *In alignment with Library Master Plan.
