The proposed work is, therefore, consistent with preservation criteria Sec.51P-87-111(a)(11) and Sec.51P-87-111(a)(17); City Code Section 51A-4.501(g)(6)(C)(i) for contributing structures; and/or the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines for Rehabilitation (District/Neighborhood). Task Force Recommendation No Quorum - comments only: Task Force was supportive of the design and approved the additional windows added on the south façade of the home.
