Authorize a professional services contract with GEI Consultants, Inc. to provide engineering services for the design of three local streets, 6500 Gold Dust Trail from Davenport Road to Levelland Road, 17800 Windpiper Drive from Frankford Road to Creek Bend Road and Peyton Drive from Meandering Way to Spring Valley Road, as part of Street Project Group 24-1201 (list attached to the Agenda Information Sheet) - Not to exceed $628,588.70 - Financing: Street and Transportation (A) Fund (2024 General Obligation Bond Fund) ($539,304.20), Water Capital Improvement F Fund ($52,741.12), and Wastewater Capital Improvement F Fund ($36,543.38) *In alignment with Infrastructure Management Plan.
