A public hearing, pursuant to Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code, to receive comments on the proposed use of a portion of parkland at Joey Georgusis Park located at 1200 Stone Mesa Drive, totaling approximately 106,891 square feet (2.45 acres) of land, for one Sidewalk Easement, one Water and Wastewater Easement, one Detention Area Easement, one Detention Area Access Easement, one Drainage Easement, and one Water Easement for the Joey Georgusis Park plat, as required by plat; and, at the close of the public hearing, consideration of a resolution authorizing the proposed use of parkland pursuant to Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code - Financing: No cost consideration to the City
