Authorize the (1) acceptance of a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) for the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027 TSLAC Special Projects 75 2027 (Grant No. SPP-27002/Federal ID No. LS-260847-OLS-26, Assistance Listing No. 45.310) in the amount of $14,497.00 to expand the Play with Me program for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; (2) establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $14,497.00 in the TSLAC Special Projects 75 2027 Grant Fund; (3) receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $14,497.00 in the TSLAC Special Projects 75 2027 Grant Fund; and (4) execution of the grant agreement with TSLAC and all terms, conditions, and documents required by the agreement - Not to exceed $14,497.00 - Financing: Texas State Library and Archives Commission Special Projects 75 2027 Grant Fund *In alignment with Library Master Plan.
