Authorize the (1) acceptance of a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for the City of Dallas PM2.5 contract (Federal Grant No. PM-03F00201, TCEQ Contract No. 582-27-00029, Assistance Listing No. 66.034) in the amount of $203,085.72 to operate and maintain the air quality monitoring of Particulate Matter (PM) 2.5 network and a continuous air monitoring station in Rockwall County for the period September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028; (2) establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $203,085.72 in the TCEQ 26-28 Dallas PM 2.5 Air Monitoring Grant Fund; (3) receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $203,085.72 in the TCEQ 26-28 Dallas PM 2.5 Air Monitoring Grant Fund; and (4) execution of the grant agreement with the TCEQ and all terms, conditions, and documents required by the agreement - Not to exceed $203,085.72 - Financing: TCEQ 26-28 Dallas PM 2.5 Air Monitoring Grant Fund *In alignment with CECAP.
