An ordinance authorizing (1) a correction to Ordinance No. 33252, previously approved on September 24, 2025, which amended Chapter 51A, “Dallas Development Code”, SEC. 51A-7.1208(a)(2) as amended to correct numbering consistency; and (2) Ordinance No. 33379, previously approved on April 8, 2026, which amended Ordinance No. 32946, Special Use Permit No. 2569, as amended to correct the hours of operation - Financing: No cost consideration to the City *In alignment with ForwardDallas.
