Authorize (1) an application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) for improvements to Judge Charles R. Rose Community Park, located at 3200 Simpson Stuart Road, in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00; (2) the acceptance of an award from the TPWD for improvements to Judge Charles R. Rose Community Park, located at 3200 Simpson Stuart Road, in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00; (3) the establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00 in the TPWD Judge Charles R. Rose Community Park Grant Fund; (4) the receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00 in the TPWD Judge Charles R. Rose Park Community Grant Fund; (5) the disbursement of funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00 from the TPWD Judge Charles R. Rose Community Park Grant Fund; and (6) execution of the agreement with TPWD and all terms, conditions and documents required by the agreement - Not to exceed $5,000,000.00 - Financing: TPWD Judge Charles R.
