Implementation of the recommended conditions would allow the proposed work to be consistent with preservation criteria Sections 9.4, 9.6 and 9.9 under New Construction and Additions; the standards in City Code Section 51A-4.501(g)(6)(C)(i) for contributing structures; and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
