Authorize (1) the acceptance of a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) for the FY 2023 Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant program (Grant No. 693JJ32540051, Assistance Listing No. 20.933) in the amount of $6,436,263.00 to support planning, design, and engineering for the Five Mile Creek Trail from the effective date of award through September 30, 2029; (2) the establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $6,436,263.00 in the USDOT Five Mile Creek Trail FY23 RAISE Grant Fund; (3) the establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $1,609,066.00 in the Five Mile Creek Trail TPL Match Fund; (4) the receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $6,436,263.00 in the USDOT Five Mile Creek Trail FY23 RAISE Grant Fund; (5) the receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $1,609,066.00 from the Trust for Public Land in the Five Mile Creek Trail TPL Match Fund; and (6) execute the grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Transportation and all terms, conditions, and documents required by the agreement - Total amount not to exceed $8,045,329.00 - Financing: USDOT Five Mile Creek Trail FY23 RAISE Grant Fund ($6,436,263.00) and Five Mile Creek Trail TPL Match Fund ($1,609,066.00)
