(1) Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, the Bullington Truck Terminal and Thanks-Giving Foundation, generally located underground at 1627 Pacific Avenue, because deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person; and (2) seek the advice of the City Attorney on this matter (Sec. 551.071 T.O.M.A.).
