Authorize (1) a Participation and Maintenance Agreement with Uptown Dallas, Inc. to provide advance funding to the City for the installation of infrastructure improvements using upgraded material, specifically brick pavers, within the public right-of-way along McKinney Avenue from Maple Avenue to Allen Street, and the maintenance of said improvements, for a period of twenty years, with one ten-year renewal option; (2) the receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 in the Transportation Special Projects Fund; and (3) an increase in appropriations in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 in the Transportation Special Projects Fund - Not to exceed $75,000.00 - Financing: Transportation Special Projects Fund *In alignment with Infrastructure Management Plan.
