Authorize the (1) acceptance of a grant from the State of Texas through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the Regional Toll Revenue State Highway (SH) 121 toll project (Agreement No. CSJ 0918-47-518) in the amount of $400,000.00 as State contribution from the SH 121 Subaccount toward the total project cost of $500,000.00, which includes $100,000.00 as local participation plus any cost overruns for the construction of intersection improvements including pedestrian crosswalks and reconstruction of existing traffic signals on Frankford Road at Campbell Road in the City of Dallas; (2) receipt and deposit of funds in the amount of $400,000.00 in the Frankford Road at Campbell Road RTR Fund; (3) establishment of appropriations in the amount of $400,000.00 in the Frankford Road at Campbell Road RTR Fund; (4) required local match in the amount of $100,000.00; and (5) execution of the Advance Funding Agreement with TxDOT and all terms, conditions, and documents required by the agreement - Total amount of $500,000.00 - Financing: Frankford Road at Campbell Road RTR Fund ($400,000.00) and DART Transportation Projects Fund ($100,000.00)
