Authorize the (1) acceptance of a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention through the National Recreation and Park Association, Inc. (NRPA) for the 2024 Out-of-School Time (OST) Youth Mentoring Program (Award No. 15PJDP-24-GG-03819-MENT, Assistance Listing No. 16.726) in the amount of $60,000.00 for the implementation of the program titled L.E.A.D.
