Gov’t Code, Sec. 551.087]; (3) deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the city in negotiations with a third person in connection with ProjectX3 [Tex. Gov’t Code, Sec. 551.072]; and (4) seek the advice of its attorney on this matter [Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.071].
