A resolution (1) adopting of a memorandum of understanding(MOU)/term sheet between the City of Dallas and the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System that incorporates the key provisions of and proposes agreed amendments to the provisions of SB 1527; and (2) authorizing the city manager to execute the MOU/term sheet; or (3) directing city manager to continue to work towards the resolution of any outstanding issues concerning these matters.
