Authorize a request for waiver of the local match fund participation requirement on the following bridges to be replaced or rehabilitated under the federal off-system bridge program: Houston Street over Interstate Highway (IH) 30 and Trinity River (CSJ No. 0918-47-511), and Jefferson Boulevard over IH-30 and Trinity River (CSJ No. 0918-47-512), by committing to perform or cause to be performed structural improvements to the bridge on State Highway 356 (Irving Boulevard) over Elm Fork of the Trinity River - Financing: This action has no cost consideration to the City (see Fiscal Information)
