Authorize (1) acquisition from Jerry Dale Armstrong, Jr., of an industrially improved tract of land containing approximately 5.383 acres located on Botham Jean Boulevard near its intersection with South Central Expressway for the Dallas Floodway Extension Project; and (2) an increase in appropriations in an amount not to exceed $1,550,000.00 in the Trinity River Corridor Project Fund - Not to exceed $1,550,000.00 ($1,540,000.00, plus closing costs and title expenses not to exceed $10,000.00) - Financing: Trinity River Corridor Project Fund (subject to appropriations)
