Authorize the (1) acceptance of a grant from Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, Inc. (CFE) for Emergency Financial Empowerment in the amount of $150,000.00 to support municipal engagement to improve the financial stability of low and moderate income households by embedding financial empowerment strategies into local government infrastructure for the period June 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025; (2) establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 in the Cities for Financial Empowerment Grant Fund; (3) receipt and deposit of funds in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 in the Cities for Financial Empowerment Grant Fund; and (4) execution of the award with CFE and all terms, conditions, and documents required by the agreement - Not to exceed $150,000.00 - Financing: Cities for Financial Empowerment Grant Fund
