1. Discuss and consider Fiscal Year 2026-27 CCPD Budget Amendment #2 to add a traffic position, an increase in the Johnson County Broadband contract and replacing the air conditioner in the server room.
2. Consider approving an Interlocal Agreement for administrative cost funding for Section 5310 Program between the Fort Worth Transportation Authority and The City of Crowley, Texas, FY 2026-27 and authorizing the Mayor to execute said Agreement.
3. Receive a presentation from Kwik Kar on the sewer line status for the property located at 500 E Main Street and consider and act on the request of Kwik Kar to further extend the suspension of enforcement of the Council's Order to Vacate dated June 4, 2026.
4. Discuss and consider adoption of Resolution R09-2026-492 amending the City of Crowley Staffing Plan.
5. Discuss and consider nominating Nina Campbell to be appointed to the Zoning Board of Adjustments, Place 4 for the remainder of the term expiring June 2028.
6. Consider and act upon ratification of the property tax revenue increase reflected in the Proposed FY 2026-27 City of Crowley Operating Budget.
7. Discuss and consider adoption of Ordinance 09-2026-607, an ordinance of the City of Crowley, Texas affixing and levying Municipal Ad Valorem Taxes for the fiscal year 2026-27, beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2027, and or each year thereafter until otherwise provided on all taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Crowley as of January 1, 2027 to provide revenues for the payment of current expenses and all outstanding debts of the city; directing the assessment thereof; providing for due dates and delinquent dates for payment of taxes together with penalties and interest thereon; providing for approval of the tax rolls presented to the City Council; repealing conflicting ordinances providing a severability clause and declaring an effective date.
8. Discuss and consider adoption of Ordinance 09-2026-606, an ordinance of the City of Crowley, Texas approving and adopting the budget for fiscal year 2026-27, beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2026, providing a severability clause; and declaring an effective date.
9. Discuss and consider approval of a special event permit application submitted by the Center for ASD to hold the centers "Burn Out Conference" event at the Recreation Center on Saturday, October 17,. 2026.
10. Discuss and Consider Budget Amendment #2 for the 2025-26 EDC Budget for Project #2026-01.
