Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys regarding pending and contemplated litigation, legal issues, legal strategy, settlement and mediation concerning Ajit David v. City of Corpus Christi, et al.; City Ordinance No. 024256; the agreement between the Corpus Christi B Corporation and Elevate QOF, LLC for the Homewood Suites by Hilton project; the Termination, Settlement and Release Agreement between the Corpus Christi B Corporation and Elevate QOF, LLC; any pending or contemplated litigation arising out of or relating to those agreements; and potential attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, deposition costs, court costs, and other litigation expenses.
