City of Corpus Christi, et al.; City Ordinance No. 024256; the agreement between the Corpus Christi B Corporation and Elevate QOF, LLC for the Homewood Suites by Hilton project; the Termination, Settlement and Release Agreement between the Corpus Christi B Corporation and Elevate QOF, LLC; any pending or contemplated litigation arising out of or relating to those agreements; and potential attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, deposition costs, court costs, and other litigation expenses.
