Ordinance amending various sections of the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 21, Solid Waste, by revising applicable charges related to mulch and composting; and amending disposal rates at the transfer station for commercial loads and implementing volume limits on Residential bulk drop off. (Changes have no impact to monthly Solid Waste account fees.)
