Motion authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Agreement with the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas for Floodwall Upgrades at the Science Museum for the Port of Corpus Christi Authority to design and construct a floodwall/bulkhead with concrete apron, provide flood protection, pedestrian connectivity, and Ship Channel operational improvements and City to reimburse Port of Corpus Christi Authority in an amount not to exceed $13,850,000 located in Council District 1 with FY 2026 funding available from prior Type A Sales Tax and new Type B Sales Tax fund.
