Public Hearing and Ordinance approving the service plans, assessment plans and updated assessment rolls for the Corpus Christi Tourism Public Improvement District (“TPID”) as required under Texas Local Government Code Chapter 372; maintaining the existing assessment rate of 2.0% on taxable room revenue generated by hotels with 40 or more rooms within the district; and allocating the assessment rate collections into a special fund for marketing and promotion efforts directly related to hotels within Corpus Christi (TPID collection is not a city fund).
