Motion to discuss and act on expanding the purpose and actions of the conservation plan committee to include evaluation and recommendations for standards pertaining to technology and measures that increase fresh water conservation efforts for our various rate category users. Also to work with staff to assess system water loss actual amounts and develop a plan to reduce or eliminate that loss. Also to work with staff to develop recommendations for drought or water supply issue related curtailment measures appropriate for the various rate category users during restricted periods, as requested by Council Members Kaylynn Paxson, Eric Cantu, and Gil Hernandez.
