Ordinance authorizing the submission of a grant application in the amount of $16,000,000.00 to the Texas Water Development Board’s (TWDB) to provide for the costs of Mary Rhodes Pipeline Upgrades project as identified in Sec. 17.18 (31) of S.B. 1 General Appropriations Act (89th Legislature); authorizing staff and consultants to coordinate the submission of the application and to execute all documents necessary to accept and administer the funds on behalf of the City as the applicant agency; amending the FY2026 Operating Budget.
