Resolution awarding a construction contract with Gerke Excavating, Inc. of Tomah, Wisconsin, for the reconstruction of Starlite Lane from Violet Road to Leopard Street with new concrete pavement, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, ADA-compliant curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, upgraded street illumination, utility, and drainage improvements, in an amount up to $12,563,957.74, located in Council District 1 with funding available up to $7,177,916.50 from FY2025. The remaining funds up to $5,386,041.24, will be available from the FY2026 Street Bond 2022, Storm Water, Water, Wastewater, and Gas Funds.
