Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to a potential Air Service Agreement with a Minimum Revenue Guarantee for Enhanced Air Connectivity and authorizations of Type B Economic Development Grants and federal grants for Airline Service and related grant agreements involving Visit Corpus Christi, and supporting the establishment of a new nonstop route and Texas Government Code § 551.087 to discuss and deliberate regarding potential financial or other incentive(s) to business prospects(s) that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the City and with which the City will be conducting economic development negotiations.
