Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to the potential purchase of desalinated water from CC Polymers (CCP) and transfer of said water to third parties, including, but not limited to, state and federal laws and EPA and TCEQ regulations related to the intake, use, and transfer of water.
