Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to construction contracts, including, but not limited to, progressive design build procedures and the legal status of the City’s discussions with entities proposing on the City’s Inner Harbor Desalination Plant Project and the legal status of discharge, water rights, and Corps of Engineers permits for desalination activities on or near Corpus Christi Bay, and other potential water sources and regulatory and financing matters related to the aforementioned matters
