Executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning legal issues related to acquisition of property rights on and adjacent to the Padre Island Seawall and Beach, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #2, potential future funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas Government Code § 551.072 to discuss and deliberate the potential value and acquisition of said property rights with the Port of Corpus Christi, and Texas Government Code § 551.087 to discuss and deliberate regarding potential financial or other incentive(s) related to Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #2
