Ordinance authorizing a construction contract to Tex-Mix Paving of Corpus Christi, Texas, for Base Bid 1 in an amount of $6,000,000.00, Bay Ltd., of Corpus Christi, Texas, for Base Bid 2 in an amount of $6,000,000.00, Anderson Columbia Co, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas, for Base Bid 3 in an amount of $6,000,000.00, and Bay Ltd., of Corpus Christi, Texas, for Base Bid 5 in an amount of $6,000,000.00 in an amount not to exceed $24,000,000.00 with the option to renew for one additional year to be administratively authorized for a total amount not to exceed $48,000,000.00 for Residential Street Rebuild Program FY 2024 and FY 2025 as planned in the Rapid Pavement Program, located city-wide with funding available through Street Fund, Storm Water, Wastewater, Water and Gas Capital Funds; appropriating $10,816,000.00 from the unreserved fund balance; and amending the FY 2024 Operating and Capital Budgets.
