- 2 Notice is hereby given that the possibility of a quorum of the Coppell City Council and other Boards and Commissions may be present on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the event listed above. This is not a "meeting" of the governing body pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.0001(4) as the event is a regional, state, or national convention or workshop and a social function unrelated to the public business that is conducted by the body. No formal action will be taken by City Council or other boards and commissions in attendance and no discussion of public business will be held, other than that which is incidental to the regional, state, or national convention or workshop and social function.
