Consider approval to award Professional Services to Kimley-Horn; for the design of three (3) analyzer stations at the Village Parkway Pump Station (VPPS), Wagon Wheel Elevated Storage Tank and Southwestern Elevated Storage Tank; in the amount of $69,800; as budgeted in the Water/Sewer fund; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents. 2025-8161 Approved on the Consent Agenda Pass

Consider approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 9, ‘General Regulations’, Article 9-11 ‘Parks and Recreation Code’, Section 9-11-12, ‘Roller Skates, Roller Blades, In-Line Skates, Skateboards, Coasters, and Bicycles,’ by adding a new subsection, Subsection “C” to prohibit the use of e-bicycles on the Biodiversity Education Center Trail System in its entirety, or upon any unimproved surface located within Coppell Nature Park, or Wagon Wheel Park; and authorizing the Mayor to sign. 2025-8164 Approved Pass

Consider approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 8, Traffic Regulations, Article 8-6, section 8-6-1, Definitions; amending Protective Head Wear, Chapter 8, Traffic Regulations, by adding a new definition, “E-Bicycle”; and amending section 8-6-2 “Bicycle Helmet Required”, to include new terms to subsections A, B, and D(1), as well as, amending subsection C, to increase the helmet age requirement from 14 years of age to 16 years of age; and authorizing the Mayor to sign. 2025-8165 Approved Pass
