Consider approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 8, Traffic Regulations, Article 8-6, section 8-6-1, Definitions; amending Protective Head Wear, Chapter 8, Traffic Regulations, by adding a new definition, “E-Bicycle”; and amending section 8-6-2 “Bicycle Helmet Required”, to include new terms to subsections A, B, and D(1), as well as, amending subsection C, to increase the helmet age requirement from 14 years of age to 16 years of age; and authorizing the Mayor to sign.
